We offer residential and commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, recurring maintenance, move-in/move-out cleaning, carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, appliance cleaning, and home organization.
Initial deep cleaning: $50 per room
– Recurring maintenance: Starting at $20 per room
– Move-in/move-out cleaning: $65 per room
– Carpet cleaning: $45 per room
– Tile and grout cleaning: $45 per room
– Oven, refrigerator, or freezer interior cleaning: $40 per appliance
First-time cleaning of an occupied home has a $200 minimum, equivalent to four rooms at $50 per room. This minimum does not automatically apply to every service.
Initial deep cleaning establishes a clean starting point. Maintenance cleaning helps keep your home clean through regularly scheduled service.
Yes. Occupied homes require an initial deep cleaning before recurring maintenance begins.
Yes! Choose weekly, biweekly, or monthly maintenance. Rates start at $20 per room and may vary based on cleaning frequency and the number of rooms.
Count each room you want cleaned. A standard hallway and entryway generally count as one room combined. Staircases and bannisters may be counted according to their size and cleaning requirements.
Our detailed vacant-property cleaning costs $65 per room. Depending on the agreed scope, it includes closets, pantries, cabinets, drawers, doors, baseboards, walls, blinds, and ceiling fans.
Yes! We clean vacant properties being prepared for new occupants, move-ins, move-outs, and other approved cleaning needs.
Yes! Commercial cleaning is priced by custom quote based on your property, cleaning requirements, and preferred schedule.
Carpet cleaning costs $45 per room.
Tile and grout cleaning costs $45 per room.
Interior cleaning costs a flat $40 per appliance for ovens, refrigerators, and freezers. Please empty appliances before service. Permanent stains, damage, and mechanical issues are excluded.

Yes! You can request eligible add-on services, including appliance, carpet, and tile and grout cleaning. Additional charges may apply.
BOOKING & RESERVATIONS FAQs
Provide your contact information, complete service address, property type, cleaning service, room count, add-ons, and preferred date and time. We’ll review your request, confirm your quote, and check availability.
Yes. A $75 non-refundable reservation deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is credited toward your final cleaning balance.
After we confirm your contact information, cleaning quote, and appointment availability, we’ll send you a payment link to reserve your date.
You can pay your reservation deposit using a credit card, Zelle, or Venmo through the payment instructions we provide.
No. Submitting a request does not automatically reserve your appointment. We’ll confirm your details and availability before requesting the deposit. Your appointment is secured once the deposit is received and the appointment is confirmed by our team.
One reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment. The reservation deposit remains non-refundable.

Tell us the amount you’d like to purchase. We’ll send you a payment link, and you can pay by credit card, Zelle, or Venmo. Once payment is received, we’ll email your gift voucher.
